Dear Patients,
Just as we are hearing new things every day pertaining to COVID-19, be assured we are taking steps to provide continued treatment for you as is necessary and important for your care. Please feel free to reach out to us concerning your upcoming appointment. We have you on a specific treatment plan, so we want to be sure and provide every opportunity for you to remain in contact with us during this difficult time.

In response to continued updates, we are also working to enable televisits for those who may need to be treated from home. Thank you for your patience, as we work through the challenges of a new way to practice medicine. If you have had limited exposure, and are not experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, we prefer to see you in our office, if deemed most appropriate by your physician. If you do come to our office, we have established best practices to ensure your safety throughout your clinical experience.
Your provider is reviewing the schedule and we are reaching out to patients to offer televisits where appropriate. If you have not heard from us, and are scheduled, we look forward to seeing you in our office. However, if you have any concerns, whether health-related or travel-related, please let us know, and we will be happy to discuss the best option for you, so we may continue your plan of treatment.
Please send us a message by logging in to your patient portal, and we will respond as quickly as possible. We are experiencing very high call volume, so the portal may be the quickest and best way to reach us at this time.
Stay safe and take care,
The Physicians and Staff at Rheumatology and Osteoporosis Specialists, AMC
